I ranked #2 in sales at Swarovski by doing one thing differently: I stopped selling products and started solving problems. Every customer walks in with a story—an anniversary, a graduation, a "just because." My job was to listen first, then match.
That same approach drove results at La Fromagerie Marina, where I managed operations for 300+ customers weekly. I learned that great customer experience isn't luck - it's systems, storytelling and showing up consistently.
